Aus: Curtis's botanical magazine or flower-garden displayed (London: Royal Horticultural Society / Sherwood, Neely & Jones / Lovell Reeve & Co 1790-1920), Bd. 1-146. – In der Platte rechts unten signiert: "Weddell Sc." Unten mittig Herausgeber und Datum. Oben rechts Tafel-Nr.: "N 2573". Wasserzeichen Rye Mill 1825. – Blatt mit zwei vertikalen Bindefalten. Randbereich schwach knickspurig. Sonst guter Zustand.

E. Weddell (tätig 1800 - 1825). Englischer Kupferstecher. Möglicherweise Vater des Arztes und Botanikers Hugh Algernon Weddell. U.a. Mitarbeit am "Botanical magazin" von William Curtis.
