Withdrawal policy

§ 1 Revocation period
The buyer has the right to revoke the purchase contract without giving reasons within a period of 1 month. The period begins on the day on which the buyer or a third party named by him has taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise the right of revocation, it is necessary to send a clear written declaration of revocation by letter, fax or email to GALERIE HIMMEL:

The purchaser may use the enclosed sample withdrawal form, which is, however, not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification before the end of the cancellation period.

§ 2 Return of the goods
In the event of revocation, the goods received must be returned in full. The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after dispatch of the notice of revocation. In the case of dispatch, timely dispatch to our business address (Galerie Himmel, Obergraben 8, 01097 Dresden, Germany) shall be deemed to meet the deadline. The buyer guarantees the safe and damage-free dispatch of the goods. In principle, the buyer must provide proof of the return shipment.

§ 3 Shipping costs
The buyer shall bear the costs of the return shipment.

§ 4 Refund of payments
GALERIE HIMMEL shall reimburse the Buyer the full purchase amount including any shipping costs included therein within 14 days of receipt of the notice of revocation at the latest. The means of payment of the original transaction shall be used for the repayment. No fees will be charged for the repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until the buyer has provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.

§ 5 Case of damage
If the buyer is responsible for damage to or destruction of the goods, he shall compensate us for the reduction in value or the total value, insofar as the loss in value is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary for the inspection of the goods. The description of the goods underlying the purchase contract shall be used to determine damage. The buyer should avoid any reduction in value by not using the goods as his property and by refraining from doing anything that may impair their value.

§ 6 Model withdrawal form
In order to revoke the purchase contract, the buyer may complete the model revocation form below and send it to GALERIE HIMMEL by email, fax or letter. The use of the form is not obligatory.
