Aus: Elizabeth Blackwell, Herbarium Blackwellianum Emendatum Et Auctum. Id Est Elisabethae Blackwell Collectio Stirpium Quae In Pharmacopoliis Ad Medicum Usum Asservantur Quarum Descriptio Et Vires ... (Norimbergae: Eisenbergerus, Launoy, Fleischmannus 1750-1773). – Unterhalb der Darstellung bezeichnet. Oben rechts nummeriert: "402." – Blatt im Randbereich angeschmutzt und fleckig. Im linken Rand mit hinterlegtem Einriss. Vereinzelte kleinere Wurmlöcher. Sonst noch guter Zustand.

Nicolaus Friedrich Eisenberger (1707 Nürnberg - 1771). Deutscher Maler, Zeichner und Kupferstecher. Schüler von Paul Decker d. Ä. Er unternahm mehrere umfänglichere Studienreisen. Ab 1739 hielt er sich dauerhaft in Nürnberg auf. Maßgeblich war er an der Illustration des Herbarium Blackwellianums beteiligt. 1749 wurde er von dem Herzog von Sachsen-Hildburghausen zum Hofmaler ernannt.
